MusiqSheWrote grew out of a love of photography and a longing for community, a place to share from a more internal perspective while staying unknown on the world. Poetic captions eventually turned into music, which trickled over to TikTok, where not quite fluent Spanish, picked up from years of kitchen work culture, built a bigger following. This is the side still getting comfortable being known.

A Huntington Beach High School alum, Elyssa has been an active competitor with a love for the game since childhood. These days, she's ready to sub in for basketball, beach volleyball, and flag football. Fun fact: she's beginning to love running, clocking about 10 miles a week, how millennial.
